The Leasing Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting our leasing operations by preparing and executing lease contracts, maintaining compliance with policies, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lease Contract Management: Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Buyout Preparation: Handle lease buyouts, ensuring all documentation is complete and processed efficiently.
- Insurance Policy Oversight: Maintain and update client insurance records to ensure compliance with lease agreements.
- Documentation Audits: Audit funding documents for accuracy and completeness, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Funding Packages: Assemble and submit funding packages promptly to ensure timely processing.
- Lease Maturities Management: Track and manage lease maturity schedules, providing proactive communication and solutions to clients.
- File Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical records to ensure accessibility and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in automotive leasing or a related field is highly beneficial.
