Job Description:

Step into the world of luxury automotive. Grand Touring Automobiles is looking for a creative and driven Brand Marketing Specialist to elevate the presence of Jaguar, Land Rover, and Polestar across digital, social, and in-store experiences. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, brand alignment, and innovative campaign ideas, this is your opportunity to shape the way our clients connect with three of the world’s most iconic automotive brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing initiatives in strict alignment with each OEM’s brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards.
  • Maintain relationships with OEM corporate marketing teams; ensure deadlines, assets, and approvals are met.
  • Monitor upcoming OEM campaigns, launches, and incentive programs to align dealership-level execution.
  • Plan, create, and schedule content across all social channels for all three brands.
  • Capture and edit in-store content (vehicle walkarounds, behind-the-scenes, staff features, new arrivals).
  • Write engaging captions that reflect each brand’s luxury identity.
  • Track performance analytics and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Brainstorm and execute out-of-the-box marketing concepts to drive sales, service bookings, and parts revenue.
  • Develop localized campaigns unique to Grand Touring (test drive events, owner spotlights, lifestyle stories).
  • Identify new channels or trends to elevate engagement (reels, partnerships, micro-influencers, UGC).
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to promote inventory, incoming allocations, and special units.
  • Partner with Service leadership to market seasonal service campaigns, upsells, and retention tactics.
  • Collaborate with Parts & Accessories to highlight new products, boutique items, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure messaging reflects business goals and KPIs.
  • Help plan and execute dealership events (launch nights, customer appreciation events, VIP previews).
  • Explore partnerships with local businesses, luxury brands, or community groups aligned with each OEM’s identity.
  • Represent the dealership at events to capture social content and connect with the community.
  • Track KPIs for social, campaigns, website traffic, and lead behavior.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports with insights, wins, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor competitor marketing for inspiration and opportunities.
  • Manage marketing calendars, deadlines, and content libraries.
  • Keep track of OEM co-op opportunities and ensure compliant submissions.
  • Coordinate photoshoots, vendors, printers, and creatives when needed.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of broad marketing experience across digital, social, content, and branding.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to produce engaging content and maintain luxury brand standards.
  • Confident working independently — able to take ideas from concept to execution with minimal direction.
  • Experience managing social media platforms, planning campaigns, and analyzing results.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work closely with sales, service, and management teams.
  • A proactive marketer who brings fresh ideas and is ready to grow into a more senior role.
