Your Role:

As a Financial Services Manager, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the financing and protection options that complement their luxury vehicle purchase. Your expertise will ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on finance and lease options, tailoring solutions to each client’s needs.
  • Present and explain extended warranties, protection packages, and aftermarket products that enhance vehicle ownership.
  • Secure financing approvals by accurately submitting loan and lease applications to financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and dealership regulations, including all tax and fee structures.
  • Process and verify all financial and legal paperwork related to vehicle transactions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and financial partners to maximize approval rates.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive finance, preferably in a luxury or high-end dealership.
  • CDK (ADP) software experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of lending and leasing programs, as well as insurance and protection products.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service excellence.
  • Ability to take ownership of challenges and drive them to resolution.
