Grand Touring Automobiles Group is seeking a polished and professional Part-Time Receptionist to support our Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Aston Martin store on Saturdays. As the first point of contact for our guests, this role is essential in delivering a seamless and elevated client experience that reflects our luxury brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all clients in a warm, professional, and timely manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Assist with client check-ins and appointment coordination
- Support the sales and service teams with light administrative tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Ensure all client interactions align with the Grand Touring standard of service
Qualifications
- Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and phone software
