Parts Clerk - Oakville super luxury team

Position Summary

Grand Touring Automobiles is seeking a Parts Clerk to join our Super Luxury Oakville team. This role supports the Parts Department with daily operations, inventory management, and internal client support.

The successful candidate will primarily operate from our Oakville location while also supporting the Polestar brand as required. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and committed to delivering best-in-class service to both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, advisors, and retail clients with parts inquiries and orders
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage parts for service and retail requests
• Maintain and organize parts inventory to dealership standards
• Receive and process incoming parts shipments
• Verify packing slips and report discrepancies
• Process parts returns and warranty parts in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain clean, orderly, and professional parts storage areas
• Support inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Assist with parts lookups using dealership systems
• Coordinate inter-departmental communication regarding parts availability
• Provide cross-functional support to the Polestar division as required
• Uphold Grand Touring Automobiles’ luxury client experience standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred
• Experience in a luxury or high-volume dealership environment is an asset
• Strong computer literacy (One Eighty or similar DMS experience preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and polished demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Commitment to delivering best-in-class client service
