Grand Touring Automobiles is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Service Coordinator to join our Super Luxury Service team in Oakville. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless, elevated experience to our clients while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Service Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule and manage service appointments to optimize shop efficiency and client convenience
- Coordinate mobility services, including loaner vehicles, Uber transportation, and tow arrangements
- Greet and check in clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience
- Support Service Advisors with administrative and operational tasks
- Shuttle and valet customers and/or their vehicles as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized service filing and documentation
- Assist in ensuring the service drive and client areas reflect the high standards of our luxury brand
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous customer service experience (automotive or luxury environment preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, polished, and client-first approach
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience with dealership systems (CDK or similar) is an asset
