Polestar Uptown Toronto is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Parts Clerk to support our service team and ensure efficient parts operations within our growing electric performance brand.

Position Overview

The Parts Advisor is responsible for managing parts inventory, ordering components, supporting service technicians, and ensuring seamless parts availability for Polestar vehicles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and is committed to delivering a premium customer and technician experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order, receive, and process vehicle parts and accessories for Polestar vehicles
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock control
  • Work closely with service technicians to identify and source required parts
  • Ensure timely availability of parts to support efficient service operations
  • Track and manage backorders, warranty parts, and returns
  • Maintain clean, organized storage and parts areas
  • Process parts invoices, documentation, and internal billing
  • Assist with shipping and receiving of parts deliveries
  • Support the service team with parts inquiries and technical lookups
  • Uphold Polestar brand standards in all operational processes

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Automotive Parts : 2 years (preferred)
  • CDK: 2 years (preferred)
  • Dealership: 3 years (preferred)
