Senior Service Advisor - polestar service team

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our guests and our service team — delivering a seamless, transparent, and premium ownership experience that reflects the Polestar brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute every customer interaction in alignment with Polestar’s retail and service strategy
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects our progressive brand
  • Ensure the service write-up area is clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Adhere to all company, manufacturer, and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Understand and accurately apply factory and extended warranty policies
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Manager to optimize workflow and technician efficiency
  • Communicate inspection results clearly and promptly to customers
  • Proactively inform customers of delays or changes to vehicle delivery timelines
  • Verify all repair orders are completed accurately and road tests are performed prior to delivery
  • Participate in all service department meetings and ongoing training sessions
  • Maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance
  • Conduct road tests with customers when necessary to diagnose concerns
  • Tag keys, accompany customers to their vehicles, and provide a seamless delivery experience
  • Identify and document visible vehicle damage during write-up and present appropriate solutions
  • Liaise with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and repair clarity
  • Process completed work orders in accordance with accounting procedures
  • Deliver a courteous, patient, and consultative service experience
  • Present service recommendations ethically — ensuring no under- or over-selling
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and safety regulations
  • Attend required manufacturer and in-house training seminars
  • Perform additional duties as required to support service operations

  • Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
